Our story begins with Jack H. I. (Hagop Ipdjian), consulting for insolvency practitioners in the UK. The work called for getting involved early, identifying weaknesses in day-to-day workflows and putting practical solutions in place to support businesses facing financial and operational pressure.
That experience shaped the approach we use today: understand how the business actually works, find the points where progress breaks down and focus first on changes that can make an immediate, useful difference.
Through recommendations, the work expanded to supporting accountants and their business clients—helping companies that were falling behind competitors address inefficient processes, improve coordination and put more dependable systems in place.
Over time, the same approach developed into support for startups: helping founders establish clear processes and useful tools from the outset, so the business is better prepared to grow.

HIOPS UK Limited was incorporated in England and Wales on 7 October 2026. The consulting history described here belongs to our founder’s experience before the company was formed.
Hagop leads delivery from Yerevan, Armenia, working remotely with clients. The company’s registered office is in London; meeting times and any travel are agreed around each engagement.
