Working with HIOPS
Your proposal or contract identifies the supplier, agreed scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, responsibilities and any ongoing support. Software hosting, third-party subscriptions, integrations, intellectual property and data handling are addressed where relevant to the engagement.
The registered office is a company correspondence address. Hagop Ipdjian is based in Yerevan, Armenia, and works with clients remotely. In-person meetings and travel are arranged separately.
Professional experience and selected work
HIOPS is a newly incorporated company. References to previous experience and projects relate to Hagop Ipdjian’s professional background and work, including work completed before incorporation. Internal tools and demonstration interfaces are identified as such.
Scope of services
HIOPS provides operational consultancy and digital systems services. References to finance or professional services workflows describe operational support and software, rather than an offer of regulated accountancy, audit, legal or investment advice.

Original HIOPS website content and design are reserved to HIOPS UK Limited. Third-party materials retain their respective rights. Rights to project deliverables and pre-existing components are defined in the relevant agreement.
