Who is responsible
HIOPS UK Limited, company number 17504707, is responsible for personal information processed for this website and its business enquiries. Registered office: 1 Kings Avenue, London, England, N21 3NA. Contact ops@hiops.uk with privacy questions or requests.
Information we use
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, business contact details and project requirements. We use it to respond, discuss a possible engagement and keep appropriate business records. Please avoid including confidential client files or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
When you submit the project brief form, the website sends your name, email address, organisation and project details to Hagop by email. The form does not add you to a mailing list. We use technical checks and submission limits to reduce abuse. Form contents are not written to website application logs or saved in a separate website enquiry database.
Website hosting and cookies
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser details, request information and security logs. We do not install advertising trackers or audience analytics on the public website. The site itself does not set cookies or use browser storage for marketing. Cloudflare may use necessary security technologies when protecting the service.
The founder photograph is loaded from hagopipdjian.com. As with any image request, that host receives technical connection information. The private CRM and any separately accessed applications have their own access and operational arrangements.
Why we process information
We process business enquiries to take steps at your request before a possible contract and for our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business communications. We also process information where necessary to meet contractual or legal obligations. We do not sell enquiry information.
Service providers and international access
Our website, email and technical service providers process information where needed to provide their services. Hagop works from Armenia and may access enquiries there; providers may also process information outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where legally required, appropriate transfer safeguards must be used. You can contact us for details relevant to your enquiry or engagement.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet relevant legal or record-keeping obligations. Retention depends on whether an enquiry becomes an engagement and whether any dispute or obligation requires records to be kept. Contact us if you would like an enquiry record reviewed or deleted.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, or object to certain processing.
