Keep the evidence beside the proposed action

Imported correspondence provides the source material. Review notes and follow-up flags help separate confirmed information from a suggested next step, so a draft does not become an instruction by accident.

What to look for in a demonstration

Trace a review item back to the imported source, update its status and prepare a draft for human review. Live mailbox integration is outside the demonstrated scope.

What is in place

An implemented console using manual imports. Live mailbox synchronisation is separate integration work. The console does not automatically send correspondence or verify current balances.
