The starting point

Work was spread across messages, notes and separate task lists. The design challenge was to make the next action visible alongside the business context and any decision holding it up.

What was built

  • Business records linked to tasks, owners and next actions.
  • Daily priorities, deadlines and waiting or blocked work.
  • Shared notes, decision history and source references.
  • Private accounts, change tracking and portable exports.

Connect the action to its context

A task is more useful when the owner can see the business record, the latest note and the decision it depends on. The workspace brings these elements together while keeping review and responsibility with the team.

What to look for in a demonstration

Follow one item from a business record to a named owner, a due date and a recorded next action. Assess whether the team can find the context without rebuilding it from separate messages.

What is in place

A working application for shared operational coordination. This example demonstrates the system’s functionality; it does not attach an unmeasured time-saving claim to the build.

Designed and built by Hagop Ipdjian. This work may predate the incorporation of HIOPS UK Limited. No confidential client records are shown.
